International Late Summer Music Festival Dubrovnik

The International Late Summer Music Festival Dubrovnik is an annual festival launched by the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra. Since its debut in 2013, it has found great acceptance among the audience. It takes place in late August until late September. The aim of the festival is to keep the presence of music and cultural vibrancy in Dubrovnik after the Dubrovnik Summer Festival.

 

The end of August and almost the whole of September are reserved for great classical music concerts in Dubrovnik. For the seventh year, the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra is organising the International Late Summer Music Festival Dubrovnik, which brings internationally acclaimed artists to the town. The music director of the 2020 festival is maestro Marc Tardue and this year's festival takes place from 28 August until 18 September.

Over the course of nine festival concerts, the orchestra will host internationally acclaimed conductors, such as Marc Tardue and Gintaras Rinkevicius. Many renowned Croatian and foreign performers have performed during the festival so far: Dubravka Tomčič, Martin Filjak, Aleksay Semenenko, Monika Leskovar, Dmitry Sinkovsky, Dubravka Šeparović Mušović, Marija Grazio and Aljoša Lečić, Diego Tosi, Patrick Gallois, Ruben Dalibaltayan, Radovan Cavallin, Maroje Brčić, Luca Pianca, Matija Dedić, Jasminka Stančul, Renata Pokupić, Dubrovnik Guitar Trio, Andrew Tyson, Diana Haller, Viktor Tretyakov, Natalia Likhopoi and many others.
